1. What is Handicrunch's Return Policy?

Our complete Buyer protection program allows to easily return & refunds for:

  1. Products which you received in Defective/Damaged/Broken condition.
  2. Product not as per description/Photo on the website.
  3. Products which you may not like for quality, color & design related issues.

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with labels & bills.

2. What is the time period for replacement of Product?

You have to inform within three days of the receipt of the product. You can inform us through mail or through voice calls on our contact numbers provided at web site. After logging your return request the product should reach us within 14 days after that we won't be able to arrange for a replacement.

3. How do I cancel my order?
